Roger R. Bell & Company, Inc. is a Registered Investment Advisory firm based in Dublin, Virginia and regulated by the Commonwealth of Virginia. We serve a diverse client base throughout the Greater New River and Roanoke Valleys and Southwest Virginia. Roger R. Bell & Company, Inc. is an independent, fee-based financial planning and investment advisory firm which provides a wide range of professional advisory services to clients on an hourly-, project-, retainer-, or flat fee basis. The Company does not provide accounting, legal, or real estate services in-house but collaborates with trusted professionals to ensure that its customers’ needs are appropriately addressed.
Roger R. Bell & Company and its representatives are in compliance with the current registration and notice requirements imposed upon registered investment advisors by those states in which Roger R. Bell & Company, Inc. maintains clients. The Company may transact business only in those states in which it is notice filed, or qualifies for an exemption or exclusion from notice filing requirements. The firm is locally owned and independent of any other brokerage, mutual fund, banking or insurance company.
Privacy Guidelines
Protection of client privacy is very important to the Company. We view protection of our customers’ private information as a top priority and, pursuant to the requirements of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, the Company has instituted policies and procedures to ensure that customer information is kept private and secure. We are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of the personal and financial information we gather about our clients.
Accordingly, Roger R. Bell & Company, Inc. does not disclose any nonpublic personal information about its customers or former customers to any nonaffiliated third parties, except as permitted by law. In the course of servicing a client’s account, we may share some information with service providers, such as transfer agents, custodians of funds, broker dealers, accountants, and lawyers. The Company restricts internal access to nonpublic personal information about the client to those employees who need to know that information or to provide products or services to the client. As noted above, the Company’s policy has always been and will be to never sell information about current or former customers or their accounts to anyone. It is also the Company’s policy not to share information unless required to process a transaction, at the request of a customer, or as required by law.
